Alex Petyerak

Alex is the director, technical director and graphics coordinator for Temple Late Night. Alex has held 3 internships during his time at college at WLVT-TV, WTXF-TV, and WCAU-TV, all in post-production and creative departments. Alex aspires to be a video editor and motion designer at a television station when he graduates in May 2017. He is from Allentown, PA, and is an avid skier, runner, and dog-lover. Currently, Alex works as a video editor editor for KYW-TV CBS3 Eyewitness News when he’s not in class.

Alex Rodriguez

 Alex is Floor Director, Stage Manager and Chief Editor for Temple Late Night. Alex is a Senior Media Studios Production Major with a General Business minor, she joined Temple Update in Fall 15′ where she was the tapes operator and has moved to the position of assistant producer for this semester. She is currently pursuing a job in production as either a producer or director. She currently interns for Fox 29 as a their Dayside News intern. A fun fact about Alex is that she’s been called A-Rod ever since she was 7

Jenna Beck

Jenna is a guest on Temple Late Night as well as being an assitant editor. Jenna is a Media Studies and Production major.  She joined Temple Update in the Spring of 2015 working the prompter and studio cameras. She wants to work behind the scenes in production. A fun fact about Jenna is that she have been dancing since she was five years old

Tommy Sladek

 Tommy is the hit host for Temple Late Night. He is heading into his final semester at Temple University and will be receiving his degree in May 2016 with a Bachelor of Arts in Media Studies and Production and a minor in Public Relations. After moving his tassel to the other side, Sladek plans to work as a television reporter before landing his dream job of hosting 'Good Morning America'. The greater Philadelphia-native is currently working for 6ABC WPVI-TV as their newsroom intern. Last spring Sladek spent his semester studying abroad in London where he took on a fantastic internship with purelyfootball.com which included getting to meet and interview European football stars. Before London, Sladek was the sports anchor for Temple Update for 2 years, host for Temple Athletics, and the Owls TV play-by-play broadcaster for women's volleyball, men's soccer and women's soccer, while also doing various jobs for OwlSports Update along the way. He likes the glass half full and will argue in favor of the Cherry and the White any day of the week!
